This Privacy Policy explains how Memory Bunny ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our app (the "App").

This does not give us a general right to use your photos, videos, or other Memory Content to train AI models. We do not use Memory Content to train AI models, and we do not use AI to analyse or monetise your memories.

If we ever introduce AI processing of Memory Content itself, we will treat that as a separate privacy and product decision - this Policy will be updated to explain what is involved, and additional consent will be obtained where required, before any such feature is introduced.

7. Data Retention

We retain different types of data for different periods, as follows.

Account data: we retain your account data (such as your email address and display name) for as long as your account remains active.

Memory Content: we retain Memory Content for as long as it remains part of an active Memory and the relevant account remains open.

Deleted content and backups: when content is deleted (a “Hard Delete” under our Terms & Conditions), it is no longer available to users through the App. We may retain limited copies or associated information for a reasonable period afterwards, where necessary for backups, security, fraud prevention, or legal or regulatory purposes, after which it is permanently removed.

Report records: where you report content or raise a complaint, we may retain records of that report to allow us to handle appeals, demonstrate compliance with our Terms & Conditions, and meet legal obligations.

8. How to Delete Your Account and Data

You can delete your account directly within the App at any time (see our Terms & Conditions). If you no longer have access to the App, you can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing help@memorybunny.com.

Deleting your account triggers a Hard Delete, as described in our Terms & Conditions, and cannot be reversed. Some data may be retained for a limited period afterwards - see Data Retention above for details.
